Philip is a mental health nurse by background who spent the first 12 years of his career working in the NHS (with 8/12 spent in leadership/management). At this point he has spent over ten years in education and has also worked in the private sector and in nurse recruitment.  Nursing provided Phil with a platform to develop a set of skills that have proved useful across a variety of contexts.  He remains passionate about good patient care and values such as justice and is often driven by the importance of making voices that would otherwise be ignored, heard.  At this point he has completed over ten post graduate qualifications to help with sharpening his understanding of healthcare delivery and creativity.

He now has qualifications in management and leadership including an MBA, a master’s degree in development management and is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute for Leadership.  This continuous development demonstrates Phil’s commitment to both education and to the importance of leadership across society and around the world. With this wealth of experience Phil ensures Infinity’s delivery, training and innovation are relevant for our clients. He believes that great leaders are driven primarily by a desire to serve and a set of values that enable them to do this effectively and it is his desire to bring his skills, experience and expertise in service of developing best practice in healthcare and allow people around the world to fulfil their potential through education. With his clinical expertise and leadership skills Phil provides expertise in making a difference in healthcare service delivery at Infinity Comfort Care. His passion for excellence, innovation and learning enhances service delivery and harnessing change to make sure we deliver the best for our clients.

Tappy has diverse experience in supporting vulnerable people with different medical conditions across the United Kingdom. She takes pride in giving dignity and respect to clients and she leads in the delivery of dedicated person centred care at Infinity Comfort Care. Her wealth of experience ensures that Infinity Comfort Care delivers on excellence in healthcare services. By embarking on a PhD study in corporate governance Tappy is equipped with tools and skills to ensure that Infinity Comfort Care is managed professionally for stability and security of client safety and organisational continuity. As part of continual development in Healthcare management, she has gone on to study Leadership and Management in Adult Care.

Tappy enjoys walking in her spare time. She encourages clients to do outdoor activities to improve their quality of life. Having Tappy as part of our team makes caring for our clients more focused and easier to ensure dedicated client service. Ernest is a distinguished academic with vast experience as an educator, mentor, coach motivator, consultant and life coach who inspires the team at Infinity Comfort Care to focus on ensuring quality of healthcare. As a holder of a PhD, MBA, MSc and a variety of other qualifications, Ernest brings a wealth of experience that drives Infinity Comfort Care to excel in serving our clients. Through his PhD research, Ernest has carved out a healthcare approach to storying client life experiences to ensure happiness. Working with various academic institutions and diverse organisations has given Ernest the opportunity to champion the knack of working with people and ensures our staff are highly motivated to serve our clients with distinction.

The desire to see better delivery of healthcare services has seen Ernest take an active role in healthcare leadership and management in research and training. As a director Ernest provides strategic direction and effective management and leadership to Infinity Comfort Care. He maintains research interest in healthcare quality and innovation in healthcare and shaping excellent healthcare services at Infinity Comfort Care.
